Lee Davis
Originally from Columbia, SC, Lee graduated from Spartanburg Methodist College and Clemson University. He began his floor coating career in Greenville, SC as an outside sales representative. After transferring to Charlotte, NC in 1995 he continued as an independent representative in the epoxy floor coating industry.
In 2004 he was asked to help launch Liquid Floors, Inc. In 2012 Lee became the sole owner and is currently focused on being one of the elite flooring contractors in the country. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He is actively involved in Elevation Church and volunteers on the security team.
Seth Lilly
Seth Lilly started his career with Liquid Floors in 2010. He specializes in customer service, attention to detail, and has a servant's heart. Seth goes the extra mile for his customers and finds it rewarding to build long-term relationships with them.
In his free time, Seth loves spending time with his son and enjoys hobbies such as watching the West Virginia Mountaineers, fishing, and BBQ.
Kent Jordan
Kent graduated from NC State University where he was starter on their football team. Upon graduation he went to work in the textile industry, prior to joining the Liquid Floors team in 2010. Kent has gained vast knowledge of the flooring industry as a whole and can often be found on job sites ensuring that we are living up to customer expectations.
On the weekends you can find him spending time with his wife and cheering for the wolf pack.
Trevor Callender
Trevor is a newer member of the Liquid Floors family. He came to us in 2021 from Arizona with an extensive background in the construction field and over 10 years experience. As our Project Estimator, he is essential for getting all our projects underway. When he isn’t calculating square footage for upcoming jobs, Trevor can be found outdoors with his wife, chasing around their two children. Trevor enjoys spending most of his free time outdoors, hunting, fishing, or throwing around a football.
Preston Davis
Preston began installing floors when he was 16 years old before heading to Auburn University for school. While flooring is his passion, he has also worked in the property management and logistics industries.
Preston’s passion for film and video editing have been a useful tool in advertising the many services that Liquid Floors offers. On the weekend you can find him piloting his drone or cheering on the Auburn Tigers and Carolina Panthers.
